What we keep, and why.

This site belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Kosibah, at 515 Manhattan Ave, New York, NY 10027. It exists to arrange consultations with Yemi Osunkoya. That is the only reason we ask for anything.

The booking form

When you book, we ask for your first name, email, a phone or WhatsApp number, a rough wedding date, whether you would like to meet in Harlem or over Zoom, and anything you want to tell us about the day. We use these to arrange and prepare for your consultation: the atelier receives an email, a line is added to our appointments list, and your name and email are passed to the calendar so you do not have to type them twice. Your details are never sold or shared with anyone outside the atelier and the services that run the booking.

The calendar

Appointments are scheduled through Cal.com, which sends your confirmation and any Zoom link. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. The Meta pixel runs on the booking page only, so that we can tell whether an Instagram post or advertisement led to a consultation. Nothing you type into the form is sent to Meta in readable form.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to appointments@kosibah.com and we will do so within a few days.
